Device Compatibility

Our mt77 app runs on Android 7 and above and iOS 12 and above. For Android, we recommend devices with at least 100 MB of free storage for the APK and cached game assets. For iOS, the web app runs within Safari and does not require separate storage. Both versions require an active internet connection to authenticate, deposit, and place wagers; offline caching applies only to game graphics and UI elements, not to live markets or live-dealer streams.

Common Installation Issues

On Android, if you see "Unknown sources" error, go to Settings → Apps & notifications → Advanced → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your browser or file manager, and enable the toggle. If you see a certificate warning when opening the APK, this is normal; our APK is signed with our private key. Proceed to install. On iOS, if "Add to Home Screen" does not appear, ensure you are using Safari, not Chrome or Firefox. Long-press the share icon at the bottom, scroll down to "Add to Home Screen," and confirm. If the web app appears blank after installation, clear Safari cache and reload. To clear cache, go to Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data, then reopen the mt77 home-screen icon.

Data, Permissions, and Account Security

Our mt77 app requests camera and microphone permissions only for live-dealer table video streams and video account verification during KYC.
